How does the 30-day free trial work?
Create your club’s account at gestao.gripo.com.br/register without providing a credit card. Get full access to your chosen plan’s features for 30 days. At the end of the trial, simply confirm your subscription to continue.
What is the difference between the Basic and Professional plans?
Professional unlocks finance, tabs, inventory, memberships and packages, tax invoices, TEF integration, facial recognition and the self-service kiosk. Basic covers essential bookings and lessons, with partial access to finance and service tax invoices (NFSe).
How does Gripo charge for tournaments?
You pay per confirmed registration: R$ 4.80 per pair (Doubles) or R$ 3.40 per player (Singles). There is a minimum charge of R$ 200.00 per tournament (R$ 100.00 for tournaments with 25 pairs or fewer). Basic plan customers get 5% off and Professional plan customers get 10% off.
Does Gripo issue electronic tax invoices?
Yes. We issue Brazilian NFCe (receipts), NFSe (services) and NFe (products), integrated with your CNPJ and your municipality’s SEFAZ. The Professional plan includes 100 NFSe and 500 NFCe free per month; additional invoices are charged at the rates listed in the fees table.
Can I integrate the payment terminal I already use?
Yes. We offer direct TEF integration with Stone, Vero and Cielo at no extra cost. For other payment acquirers, our Smart TEF app costs R$ 60.00/month per active terminal — see the list of compatible banks in our documentation.
How do WhatsApp notifications work?
We connect your club’s official number to Gripo. Bookings, cancellations, tabs, registrations and reminders are sent automatically. You can send them from your club’s own number (R$ 0.10/message) or Gripo’s number (R$ 0.40/message). The Professional plan includes 250 free messages/month.
Is there a minimum contract term or setup fee?
No. You can cancel at any time and your data remains available for export. Initial setup (courts, memberships, products and importing records) is done with our onboarding team at no cost.
Do I get human support after subscribing?

How do I learn to use the system?
